Avoiding Dehydration

In hot weather especially, dehydration can be a big problem. If one gets dehydrated it can effect their health and can actually be dangerous. A simple skin test can tell you if you are dehydrated. Though it is not a diagnostic test it is a great guideline to determine if you need more water. Always remember, it is water one needs in these cases, not soda or other types of drinks. #dehydration #water #wellnessjourney #wellnessforlife #hydration #exercise If you need help with your health call us at 314-843-9355.
